Re-scoped: AgentProductionSupport is an enterprise production-support monitoring agent (not startup bug-fixing). Requirements doc rewritten: 97 FRs across 16 modules (monitoring intake, correlation, ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB, RCA, runbook automation, change mgmt, autonomy guardrails, MIM comms, PIR/problem, on-call, analytics, knowledge, admin), enterprise integrations, NFRs (JIT creds, PII/PHI redaction, VPC/on-prem, SOC2/HIPAA), 10-state lifecycle, pilot-led pricing and roadmap. NEXT: pick first vertical and design-partner tool stack (open questions, section 8).
