ScrumClaw API: working item endpoints (no todos/blockers routes)
The suggested per-kind paths returned 404. Working endpoints:
- GET /api/projects/adaptive-sat/items — all statuses
- GET /api/items?project_id=adaptive-sat — open items only
There are no separate todos/blockers/commitments routes. Every entry is an item, and its `kind` field (todo/blocker/decision/note) says which type it is.

Tracker env configured: TRACKER_PROJECT_ID=adaptive-sat
Appended TRACKER_PROJECT_ID=adaptive-sat to the env file. TRACKER_USER was already saravanan@scrumclaw.ai, so it was left alone. No other lines changed; file permissions are still 600.
